ART×PORTは、北九州・門司港レトロの大連友好記念館にて開催している企画展シリーズです。
作品を通して来場者と出会い、アートの新しい入り口となる「港」のような場を目指しています。

観光地という偶然の交差点で、アートとの出会いを生み出すこと。
それがART×PORTのコンセプトです。

現代において、目に見えないものや物語の力が再び注目される中、本展では「龍」という象徴を通して、個人の想像力と文化的記憶の交差点を探ります。
作家それぞれの視点から生み出される龍の表現を通じて、多様な世界観や物語を体験していただけます。

Artists Bringing Dragons to Life

ART×PORT is a curated exhibition series held at the Dalian Friendship Memorial Hall in Mojiko Retro, Kitakyushu, Japan.
Our aim is to create a space like a “port,” where visitors encounter art and discover new entry points into artistic expression.

Located in a popular tourist destination, ART×PORT creates unexpected encounters between art and people whose paths cross during their journeys.

At a time when imagination and unseen narratives are receiving renewed attention, this exhibition explores the intersection of personal imagination and cultural memory through the symbolic motif of the dragon.
Each participating artist brings their own unique vision to life, offering visitors diverse perspectives and immersive dragon-inspired worlds.

旅の途中でふらりと立ち寄った方や、アートに詳しくない方にも、気軽に作品と出会っていただける場を目指しています。

Located within the Mojiko Retro tourist area, this gallery aims to provide a welcoming space where travelers and first-time art viewers can casually encounter contemporary artworks.
