【出展者募集】ART×PORT #004 龍を生み出す作家展

門司港レトロの大連友好記念館で開催している企画展 ART×PORT は、
作品を通して来場者と出会い、言葉を交わし、アートの新しい入り口となる港のような存在でありたい
そんな思いで、これまで企画を重ねてきました。

観光地にあるギャラリーだからこそ、
アートに詳しくない方や、
旅の途中でふらりと立ち寄った方にも、
気軽に作品と出会ってもらえる場所です。

今回で4回目となる ART×PORT 企画展。
今回のテーマは 「龍」 です。

The ART×PORT exhibition, held at the Dalian Friendship Memorial Hall in Mojiko Retro, has been curated with the hope of becoming a “port” where visitors can encounter artworks, exchange words, and discover new gateways into art.
Because the gallery is located within a popular tourist destination, it offers a place where even those unfamiliar with art, or travelers who happen to stop by during their journey, can casually encounter and enjoy artworks.

This marks the fourth ART×PORT exhibition.
The theme for this edition is “Dragon.”

今回のテーマ「龍」

龍は、実在しない存在です。
けれど不思議なことに、私たちは昔から龍を知っています。

神話や伝承の中で。
建築や絵画の中で。
強さや畏れ、守りや自然の象徴として。

その一方で龍の姿や意味は、文化や時代、そして人によって大きく異なってきました。

勇ましい龍
静かに佇む龍
恐ろしい龍
ユーモラスな龍
姿を持たない龍

「龍」は、決まった形を持たない存在です。
作家それぞれの内側から立ち上がるもの に焦点を当てたいと考えています。

龍になる前の何か。
気配だけの存在。
衝動や記憶、感覚の塊。

それらを含めて、「龍を生み出す作家展」 としました。作家自身の解釈で、自由に「龍」を生み出してもらえたらと思っています。

具象・抽象、平面・立体、表現方法は問いません。
イラストやインスタレーション作品も歓迎します。

Theme: “Dragon”

Dragons are beings that do not exist in reality.
And yet, somehow, humanity has known dragons since ancient times.

Within myths and legends.
Within architecture and painting.
As symbols of strength and awe, protection and nature.

At the same time, the form and meaning of dragons have varied greatly across cultures, eras, and individuals.

Brave dragons.
Quietly standing dragons.
Fearsome dragons.
Humorous dragons.
Dragons without physical form.

“Dragon” is a presence without a fixed shape.

For this exhibition, we wish to focus on what emerges from within each artist.

Something before it becomes a dragon.
A presence that exists only as a sign or atmosphere.
A mass of impulses, memories, and sensations.

Including all of these possibilities, we have titled this exhibition “Artists Who Create Dragons.”

We invite artists to freely create their own interpretation of “dragon.”

Figurative or abstract, two-dimensional or three-dimensional, any form of expression is welcome.
Illustration and installation works are also encouraged.

搬入日：4月16日（木）
搬出日：4月21日（火）16:00以降

遠方の方や、
搬入・搬出にお越しいただけない方は、
前日までに作品を郵送でお送りいただければ、
こちらで対応いたします。

※郵送での参加の場合、
送料は出展者様のご負担となります。

Installation (Move-in): April 16 (Thu)
Deinstallation (Move-out): April 21 (Tue), after 16:00

For artists coming from distant locations or those unable to attend installation or deinstallation in person, artworks may be shipped in advance. If shipped, please ensure the works arrive by the day before installation. We will handle the setup on your behalf.

*For participation via shipping, all shipping costs must be covered by the exhibitor.

出展者募集について

「龍」をテーマ・モチーフ・イメージとして
感じられる作品であれば、
絵画・イラスト・写真・立体・工芸など、表現方法は問いません。

プロ・アマ、年齢や経験も問いません。

在廊は必須ではなく、作品のみでの参加も可能です。

出展点数
最大6点（F3号以下の小作品の場合は6点展示可能です）程度

平面作品
最大100号まで

立体作品
最大 900mm × 900mm × 2000mm 以内

About Exhibitor Recruitment
Works that can be felt or interpreted as relating to the theme, motif, or image of “Dragon” are welcome.
All forms of expression are accepted, including painting, illustration, photography, sculpture, and craft.
Professional or amateur status, age, and level of experience are not restricted.
Artist attendance at the venue is not required. Participation with artworks only is also possible.

Number of Works
Up to approximately 6 pieces
(Up to 6 works may be exhibited if they are small-scale works of F3 size or smaller.)

Two-dimensional works
Up to size 100 (approx. 1620 mm × 1303 mm)

Three-dimensional works
Maximum size: within 900 mm × 900 mm × 2000 mm

グッズ販売について

会場スペースに限りがあるため、
グッズ販売については、下記の点数制限を設けています。

・最大3種類まで
※「種類」はアイテムの違いだけでなく、
価格帯ごとに分けていただいても構いません。
（例：500円／2,000円／3,000円など）

・各種類につき10点まで
※販売状況により、会期途中での追加納品は可能です。

※グッズをメインとした出展をご希望の場合は、事前にご相談ください。
（例：原画作品は1点のみ展示し、グッズを10種類出展したい場合など）
展示内容や会場スペースのバランスを見ながら、個別に対応いたします。

About Merchandise Sales
Due to limited space at the venue, the following limits apply to merchandise sales:

• Up to 3 types of items
“Type” may refer not only to different items but also to different price ranges.
(Example: ¥500 / ¥2,000 / ¥3,000, etc.)

• Up to 10 pieces per type
Additional stock may be delivered during the exhibition period depending on sales.

If you wish to participate primarily with merchandise, please consult with us in advance.
(For example: exhibiting only one original artwork while offering 10 types of merchandise.)

We will review each case individually while considering the exhibition balance and available space.

④ 出展料のお支払い
参加確定後、指定口座へお振込みください。

⑤ 作品画像のご提出
イベントページやフライヤーに掲載する写真を２.３枚ご提出ください

⑥ キャプション情報のご提出（開催の1ヶ月前にご連絡します）
作品タイトル・価格など、
展示用キャプション情報をご提出ください。

【Application Process】

① Review the guidelines and participation conditions
Please make sure you understand all details before applying.

② Submit the application form
Fill in the required information using the application form.

③ Confirmation email (within a few days)
After reviewing your submission, and GALLERY will contact you by email.
If there are many applicants, selection results will also be included.
Please check your spam folder in case the email is filtered.

④ Pay the participation fee
After confirmation, please transfer the fee to the designated bank account.

⑤ Submit artwork images
Please send 2 to 3 images for use on the event page and flyer.

⑥ Submit caption information (you will be contacted about one month before the exhibition)
Provide exhibition caption details such as artwork title and price.

⑦ Exhibition begins
ART×PORT #004 “Artists Creating Dragons” exhibition opens.
